Change, risk and conflict are characteristics of developing organizations and are integral to the context in which organizational leadership must function. This subject is designed to introduce managers to fundamental concepts and provide opportunity for them to develop insights and interpersonal skills to manage change, risk and conflict effectively. Students will evaluate and develop strategies for dealing with change, managing of risk and conflict responding to and managing both with styles which take account of the culture of the organization and operate within an ethical framework.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of the theories and concepts of organization change and conflict management.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the causes of conflict in organizations and different the mechanism for its management and resolution.
3. Critically analyze different frameworks and methods of organizational change.
4. Identify the major processes and practices that underlie successful and unsuccessful change
5. Diagnose the dynamics of environmental and organizational change.
6. Apply Christian principles to management of organizational change and conflict resolutions.
